Refunds

As a general rule, Costume-Con 40 offers no refunds for memberships purchased. In the event of a purchasing error (e.g., unintentional duplicate memberships purchased or conversion from regular member to vendor) we can offer to adjust your membership. It would be less expensive for us if you were to find an alternate individual to sell your duplicate membership, however.
