Vendors and Artists

Instead of having a separate Artists Alley, Costume-Con 40 has a blended space for our vendors. To register to be a vendor or Artist at Costume-Con 40, click to download the PDF form. Costume-Con 40 reserves the right to select dealers and limit table space assigned.

Each table space is 8’x8′ and includes a 6’x30″ table and chairs as well as access to electricity and a wifi. Each space costs $125 and two memberships are included. Additional memberships are available at the staff rate of $55.

(Note: The vendor price has been reduced from $200, and the change is not reflected in the pdf application but it is applicable for all artists and vendors. Those who have already registered will be refunded the difference.)

Vendors must abide by the same covid policies as the attendees.
